App not blocking correctly
Confirm Screen Time permissions are enabled for PageLock in iPhone Settings, then reopen the app.
Page verification not recognizing text
Use a flat, well-lit printed page and hold your phone steady. Verification works best with clear, readable print.
Reading session not counting toward goal
Make sure the session is started in PageLock and allowed to complete. If totals look off, reopen the app to refresh progress.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple in your App Store account settings.
